Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, this means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item and we will issue you a full refund.
All returned items must meet the following criteria before a refund will be issued:
(1) your item must be in the same condition that you received it upon delivery;
(2) The return item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
(3) All customers must show proof of their purchase; to expedite your return, please provide us a copy of your receipt or order confirmation number. (Please note: You may be required to show proof of the items condition such as verification images and videos.)

After initiating a product return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong, Defective, or Damaged items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can immediately evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
You have the choice, either return your purchased product within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund or request a product exchange and we will issue you in-store credit for future purchases.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
(1) After we physically received the items you have returned, all refunds are issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.
(2) All refunds will be issued and released to the original payment method that was used to purchase the item.
(3) Refunds are generally posted within 10 business days following the date of delivery of the returned item(s).
Please Note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@Analogical360.com.
